Returned Goods

No merchandise is to be returned to Reproduction Resources without customer requesting and receiving prior approval. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Return and exchange privileges are granted only upon request, and only on stock merchandise within 90 days of date of invoice.

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped the most economical way or according to customers' specifications. All Shipment are made F.O.B. our shipping dock. Shipping costs on internet orders will be confirmed via email. Please click here to see shipping zones. Orders are generally shipped the same day as received.
If priority shipments are required, please phone in the order to assure prompt receipt and shipment.

Payment Terms

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or Net 30 days by special arrangement are accepted for Internet orders. If you wish to open an account with us, please send your name (and company name if applicable), address, phone and fax number along with three credit references (one being your bank) to our credit department. We can then place you on open account and bill accordingly. A late charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance will be charged on all accounts over 30 days past due. All accounts 60 days past due will not be shipped.

Receipt of Damaged Merchandise

Reproduction Resources' orders are filled with merchandise in good condition and carefully packing in our shipping department. Unfortunately, there are occasions when merchandise is damaged during shipment and arrives in unacceptable condition. In all such instances, the carrier is responsible for safe delivery of the merchandise, and any claims for damages must be filed with the carrier. Please inspect all shipments as soon as they are received, and in case of loss or damage, notify the carrier at once and arrange to file a claim as soon as possible. Keep the container the merchandise was sent in, as it must be inspected by the carrier before settlement of any claim. ICC regulations state that all claims of shortage or breakage must be filed within 10 days after date of shipment or they will not be honored.

Sales Tax

Wisconsin residents will be charged sales tax on qualified items. If you have a State of Wisconsin Sales Tax Exemption Number, please enter it with your order.

Prices subject to change without notice. Minimum billing amount per order is $15.00.

Seller does not warrant or guarantee fitness for purpose, merchantability, conception, quality or productivity, and no other warranty, oral or written expressed or implied. The statements and procedures outlined are recommendations only, and are not to be understood as warranties. Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any special indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this product, whether based on negligence or any alleged warranty in an amount greater than the purchase price of the product in respect to which such claim is made.
